	Check with the Better Business Bureau. (Be careful of the fact that companies often change names and re-open after their reputation has been marred.) Lindemann Chimney Service has received their latest Complaint Free Award from the BBB for 2008.
Check corporate status and how long they have been in business. (Is the corporation in good standing with the State of Illinois? Did they just re-open under a new name?)
	Check with Angies List. (Another un-biased source for homeowners to find good servicemen. You have to purchase a membership, but the cost is minimal and you can use the membership for to research all types of companies)
	Are they CSIA certified? (This is a great credential and important for any technician to have. However, the certification alone does not assure you of the individual’s integrity or the ethics behind the company they work for.)
Ask your neighbors (chances are we've worked for one of them). You'll find that our reputation is your guarantee.
