Here in the northern shore of Chicago we like to make sure our Lindemann Chimney Service Customers are prepared for the heating season. School has started or is soon starting in many locations. The birds are migrating south and the days are getting shorter. Who knows when our first cold snap will be? That’s why we want to make sure our customers are prepared for that first cold snap.
Is your chimney clean?
The first step is to make sure your chimney has been inspected and is clean. This applies whether you have a fireplace, a gas furnace, gas water heater, a woodstove or any other appliance that uses the chimney. We will inspect the chimney using video technology and will clean and prepare your chimney for use.
What is your wood pile like?
Is your wood seasoned? Is it in a location where it can get wet? Do you even have wood for burning? We can also help you with that. Lindemann Chimney Service Customers are eligible to participate in our Free Wood for Life program. We gladly give out wood that we know will burn well and help to keep your chimney cleaner. It’s dried solid hardwood and is split and ready to use. For more information click here.
